Livvy Dunne showed off her iconic red Baywatch swimsuit on TikTok as filming for the reboot of the classic lifeguard drama is underway.
To the music of Michael Jackson’s 1982 song Human Nature, Dunne, 23, made a transition video on TikTok on Tuesday from a robe to the Baywatch lifeguard-red one-piece swimsuit. Flaunting her figure and blonde beachy waves in her hair, she captioned the video, “slaywatch.”
The influencer and former LSU gymnast appears to be embracing the 1980s vibes in her new video. She is playing the recurring role of Grace, a junior lifeguard, in Fox’s 12-episode Baywatch reboot, which premieres in January 2027. Dunne was also spotted in May on the set of Baywatch in her character’s red swimsuit.

This role in the Baywatch reboot marks the social media star’s professional acting debut, and she joins a new generation of the original 1989 lifeguard drama that ran for 11 seasons, which starred David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, and Jason Momoa.
The reboot features an influencer-packed cast, including Dunne, Noah Beck, Brooks Nader, Shay Mitchell, and Stephen Amell, among others.

Dunne gained a social media following after posting about her life as a collegiate gymnast at Louisiana State University, where she became the highest-paid NCAA female athlete. She has since amassed over 13 million followers across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
She made her debut as a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model in 2023 and was a cover star in 2025. Dunne announced her retirement from gymnastics in April 2025 due to a kneecap injury.
Since then, the former athlete has kept busy as she steps into a new spotlight on television. Dunne told USA Today in an interview that since graduating from LSU in 2024, she’s been taking acting classes "very seriously" as she began her audition journey.

"I've always loved performing and I'm a perfectionist. I mean, as a gymnast, you're always striving for that perfect score,” Dunne told the outlet. “And I [thought] this would be such a fun lane to go in and navigate because I've always been interested in acting, but being a student athlete at school, there's only so much time you have a day.”
Reflecting on her victory of landing a role in the Baywatch reboot, she told USA Today, "To be able to even get one 'yes,' it's huge.”
She added that she aspires to land a role in a horror film in the future as she dives into her acting career. A few months ago, she revealed to Jimmy Fallon that her first acting audition was actually for a role in The White Lotus, which she ultimately didn't land.
Dunne also shared that she had submitted a self-tape for Baywatch, and it was the first callback she had ever gotten in her acting career, a moment she described as "iconic."
